Join us at Workshop PGH for our Kimchi Class! We will be making three kinds of kimchi: Mak Kimchi (Chopped Napa Cabbage), Oi Kimchi (Cucumber Kimchi), and Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi). Participants leave with three 12 oz glass jars of the kimchi we will be making together. Come learn about the thousands of years old tradition of Kimjang.
